Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Order Picker.
Order Picker Job Details
Schedule: B-2 Night Shift — Wednesday, 12:00 AM–6:00 AM; Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Order Picker Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous reach truck, forklift, double walkie, and cherry picker experience required.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. with team lifts available.
- Ability to move approximately 150–200 packages per day.
- Ability to work in subzero temperatures.
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach overhead, and move throughout the warehouse.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Strong attendance and reliable work history required.
- MCS-specific profile sheet required.
About the Order Picker Role
As an Order Picker, your responsibilities will include:
- Move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Pick and fill customer orders.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Process approximately 150–200 packages per day.
- Operate warehouse equipment as required.
- Safely handle and move products throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
