Accounting Associate III Requirements

About the Accounting Associate III Role

As an Accounting Associate III, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting detailed monthly accounting reconciliations
Assisting with month-end close activities and journal entries
Accounting for inventory, pending invoices, and intercompany transactions
Maintaining accurate standard costing information
Helping ensure standard costs accurately reflect product profitability
Performing financial analysis related to costs and profitability trends
Reviewing financial information for accuracy and identifying discrepancies
Supporting accrual accounting processes
Working within established SOX compliance requirements
Partnering closely with Operations on accounting and financial matters
Communicating complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
Supporting Accounts Payable-related accounting functions
Managing multiple accounting priorities within established deadlines
Working with accounting and ERP systems to maintain accurate financial information
Identifying accounting issues and assisting with problem resolution
Adapting to new accounting systems, processes, and business requirements
Collaborating with accounting, operations, and other internal teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
