Production Associate Job Details
Monday–Friday | 8am – 6 pm| $18.00/Hour
- Approximately 10–12 Hour Shifts | Overtime Expected

About the Production Associate I Role
As a Production Associate I, your responsibilities will include:
- Packing finished products according to production requirements
- Palletizing finished products for storage, shipping, or further processing
- Staging products in designated production and shipping areas
- Supporting daily meat production and processing operations
- Assisting with production machinery and machine operations as needed
- Handling and organizing products throughout the production area
- Maintaining cleanliness in production areas and raw product storage rooms
- Removing empty boxes, trash, and debris from workstations
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Following all company safety procedures and food safety guidelines
- Reporting accidents, incidents, and unsafe working conditions to management immediately
- Working closely with production team members to meet daily production goals
- Performing physical production duties in a cold manufacturing environment
- Supporting efficient production operations throughout extended shifts
- Performing additional packing, palletizing, staging, and general production duties as assigned
