Production Associate Job Details
- Sunday – Thursday | 11:30pm – 8am | $21/hr
- Monday – Fridya | 3:30pm – 12am | $20.65/hr
- Overtime possible and mandatory based on production needs
Production Associate Requirements
- Ability to work in a manufacturing and production environment
- Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or material handling experience preferred but not required
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate ,your responsibilities will include:
- Performing entry-level weigh-up and packaging duties within the manufacturing department
- Obtaining and reviewing the correct documentation for each production batch
- Verifying that the correct ingredients and materials have been delivered to the assigned work area
- Retrieving ingredients and production materials as required
- Accurately weighing ingredients according to established recipe and batch specifications
- Preparing materials for mixing and production processes
- Setting up weigh-up and packaging machinery for production
- Starting and operating assigned packaging or weigh-up equipment
- Supporting the production team in meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements
- Performing additional production and packaging duties as assigned
