Overtime possible and mandatory

Thorough understanding of mechanics and other properties of machines

Ability to follow proper safety protocols

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Basic math skills for accurate measurements, calculations and recordkeeping

Reliable and punctual

Operate specialty machinery to custom print or label rigid containers like jars, bottles, tin cans, pails, etc.

Adjust machine for screen or label changes, quality issues or other varying needs

Complete necessary job paperwork including but not limited to: Inspection forms, label retention forms, line clearance forms, take test forms

Ensure fist piece inspection and line clearance forms are completed correctly and signed off by Quality Department/Management

Ensure the correct artwork is used on jobs and that the final product is packed out and labeled correctly

Communicate with team members to ensure continuous and high-quality production

Maintain a clean and safe workplace through housekeeping, sanitation and safety procedures. Organize workspace with 5S Methodology
