Flexible Schedule | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM | $18.50/Hour
Schedule flexibility required based on business needs.
Barista Requirements
- Previous barista, food service, café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team
About the Barista Role
As a Barista, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing specialty drinks and beverages according to established standards
- Taking customer food and beverage orders
- Processing cash and electronic payments accurately
- Providing friendly and memorable customer service
- Assisting with food preparation as needed
- Preparing and serving beverages efficiently during busy service periods
- Maintaining quality and consistency when preparing customer orders
- Keeping beverage and food service areas clean and organized
- Restocking cups, ingredients, food items, and other supplies
- Following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming customer service area
- Communicating professionally with customers and team members
- Supporting daily café and food service operations
- Working collaboratively with other team members during busy periods
- Performing additional barista and food service duties as assigned
