Material Handler – Kitting Associate Job Details
Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $18.80
- Overtime possible and mandatory
Material Handler- Kitting Associate Requirements
- Must have: Commitment to workplace safety and full adherence to Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Must have: Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complete required training
- Must have: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in material handling tasks
- Must have: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Must have: Reliable attendance and ability to meet established performance and operational standards
- Preferred: Prior experience in material handling, kitting, warehouse, or production environments
- Preferred: Familiarity with monitoring and detection devices or related safety equipment
About the Material Handler – Kitting Associate Role
As a Material Handler – Kitting Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Execute material handling and kitting activities for BBUs with a high degree of accuracy, care, and compliance with approved procedures and quality standards
- Apply established safety protocols when handling materials, maintaining awareness of risk and operational controls
- Use company-provided tools, equipment, and technology—including monitoring and detection devices—in a safe, responsible, and compliant manner
- Maintain an orderly, organized, and professional work environment that supports accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Use company systems and equipment effectively to ensure integrity, traceability, and accuracy of production and process data
- Promptly identify, document, and report accidents, incidents, safety concerns, errors, or operational risks to appropriate management; support reviews or investigations as required
- Meet established performance expectations and operational standards while maintaining quality and compliance
- Communicate procedural changes, operational concerns, or compliance-related issues to management in a timely and professional manner
- Support continuous improvement, efficiency, and cost-control initiatives through observation, feedback, and adherence to established best practices
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture that supports effective employee relations and teamwork
