Production Associate / Worker Requirements

Ability to work in a loud, non-climate-controlled industrial manufacturing environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work for extended 8–12 hour shifts

About the Production Associate / Worker Role

As a Production Associate / Worker, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing raw metal components for heat treatment by washing, degreasing, and sandblasting parts to remove impurities
Staging, spacing, positioning, and securing metal parts onto specialized trays, fixtures, and furnace grids
Assisting with the loading and unloading of industrial heat-treating furnaces
Using manual pallet jacks, overhead cranes, and hoists to safely move treated and untreated materials throughout the facility
Supporting experienced machine and heat-treat operators with daily production activities
Monitoring and tracking production and heat-treatment process times
Following established safety procedures while working around high-temperature equipment and heavy materials
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production area
Working collaboratively with production team members to meet daily quality and productivity goals
Performing additional manufacturing, material handling, and production duties as assigned
