Dishwasher Job Details
Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | $18.50/Hour
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
- Overtime possible based on business needs
Dishwasher Requirements
- Understanding of basic sanitation and cleaning procedures
- Previous dishwashing, kitchen, restaurant, or food service experience preferred
About the Dishwasher Role
As a Dishwasher, your responsibilities will include:
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cookware, trays, and kitchen equipment
- Operating commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining clean and sanitary dishwashing and kitchen areas
- Following proper sanitation and food safety procedures
- Safely handling cleaning products and chemicals according to established procedures
- Organizing and returning clean dishes, utensils, and equipment to designated areas
- Removing trash and maintaining clean waste disposal areas
- Cleaning floors, work surfaces, sinks, and other kitchen areas as assigned
- Maintaining an organized dishwashing station throughout the shift
- Following workplace safety procedures and wearing required PPE
- Supporting cooks and food service employees with general kitchen cleaning as needed
- Restocking clean kitchen supplies and equipment
- Performing additional dishwashing, sanitation, and kitchen support duties as assigned
