General Labor Job Details
Monday – Friday | uam – 4:30pm | $18/Hour
- Overtime possible and mandatory based on production needs
General Labor Requirements
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily manufacturing and production operations
- Preparing materials and products for the production process
- Operating assigned production equipment according to established procedures
- Handling, moving, and staging materials throughout the production area
- Inspecting products to ensure they meet established quality standards
- Packaging and preparing finished products as required
- Following production instructions and completing assigned work accurately
- Monitoring equipment and reporting production or equipment concerns to appropriate personnel
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Performing additional manufacturing, production, packaging, and general labor duties as assigned
