Job Description
Picking Job Details
Sun-Tues, Thurs or Tues, Thurs-Sat 7 am – 5:30 pm $18.40/hr
- Overtime possible, but not mandatory
Picking Requirements
- Able to stand and walk for up to an 10-hour shift
- Must be able to read and speak English
- 2 years warehouse, logistics or similar experience
- Certified or ability to attain certification in at least one powered mobile equipment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Steel Toe Boots or Shoes
About the Picker Role,
As a Picker, your responsibilities will include:
- Receives and ships inbound or outbound freight to ensure inventory accuracy
- Replenishes goods to self-serve area and sales floor – Selects goods for customers quickly, securely, and accurately in order to meet delivery and multichannel service standards
- Handles goods with powered machinery such as forklift, powered pallet jack, etc
- Cardboard baler – putting cardboard in the baler and pressing a button to compress
- Adheres strictly to safety and security standards and procedures
