Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Residential Paint Technician in O'Fallon, MO!
Monday–Friday | 7 am-3:30 pm | $18–$25/hr

Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior residential painting
- Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, patching, priming)
- Set up job sites (ladders, coverings, moving furniture)
- Mix paints and apply finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Remove/reinstall fixtures (switch plates, doorknobs, etc.)
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Communicate professionally with clients and team
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of residential painting experience (required)
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Knowledge of paint types and application techniques
- Comfortable working on ladders/heights
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willing to travel locally within the service area
