Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Production Worker in Wentzville, MO
Monday–Friday, Saturday optional| 8:00am-4:00pm| $20/hr
Monday–Friday, Saturday optional| 8:00am-4:00pm| $20/hr
Summer Schedule
- Due to high temperatures, some departments may temporarily operate from 4:00 AM–12:00 PM.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Prepare metal surfaces through sandblasting, sanding, cleaning, and masking.
- Operate abrasive blasting, powder coating, and industrial painting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Apply powder coatings, primers, and industrial paints to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Load and unload parts for coating and curing while monitoring quality throughout the production process.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Package completed products for shipment.
- Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance, report any issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, sandblasting, powder coating, industrial painting, or related experience is preferred but not required
- Forklift certification is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and industrial equipment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding industrial environment
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and non-climate-controlled areas
Work Environment
- Indoor and outdoor industrial manufacturing facility
- Non-climate-controlled environment
- Exposure to heat, dust, changing weather conditions, and industrial equipment
