Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Custodian in St. Charles , MO!

Monday-Friday | 6am- 2:30pm | $19.21/Hr

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and dusting warehouse floors, walls, and surfaces.
Collect and dispose of trash, cardboard, and recycling from production and warehouse areas.
Clean and restock restrooms, locker rooms, and breakrooms.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, or vacuums as required.
Maintain safe walkways by promptly cleaning spills, removing debris, and monitoring hazards.
Assist with general upkeep of the facility, including minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repairs.
Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
Follow all company safety rules, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
Support special projects such as deep cleaning, seasonal maintenance, or warehouse reorganization.

Qualifications:

Previous custodial or janitorial experience in an industrial or warehouse setting preferred.
Ability to operate industrial cleaning machines (floor scrubbers, buffers, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and stand/walk for long periods.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
