Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Overhead Crane Operator in St. Charles, MO!
Monday-Thursday | 5:00pm-3:30am | $24
Responsibilities:
- Operate an overhead crane to safely lift and load metal wall panels onto trailers.
- Handle metal wall panels weighing approximately 1,000 pounds.
- Ensure materials are properly positioned and secured for transportation.
- Inspect the crane and lifting equipment before each shift and report any issues.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
- Work closely with team members to maintain an efficient loading process.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous overhead crane operating experience preferred.
- Ability to safely move and position heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Steel-toe boots and other required PPE must be worn.
