Crown Staffing is now hiring a Short Term Store Setup Associate in Saint Peters, MO!
Monday–Friday | 7am-3:30pm | $18

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Assemble, move, and position store fixtures, shelving, racks, and displays
● Stock merchandise and organize product displays
● Unpack, sort, and stage inventory
● Label shelves and assist with store merchandising efforts
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
● Follow safety procedures and directions from supervisors
● Work collaboratively with staff and volunteers to meet project deadlines
● Perform other store setup tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
● No prior experience required; training will be provided
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
● Dependable attendance and punctuality
● Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Physical Requirements:
● Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
● Ability to lift 5–10 pounds overhead
● Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and climb step stools or ladders throughout
the workday
● Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks during store setup activities

Working Conditions:
● Indoor retail environment
● Fast-paced setting with changing priorities
● Frequent movement throughout the store
● No power tools required
