Maintenance Specialist -1st Shift

Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Maintenance Specialist in Earth City, MO!

Monday-Friday | 7:00am-2:30pm | $25-$30/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of mechanical equipment
Complete facility and property maintenance as needed
Order machine parts and building maintenance supplies
Operate equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and side loaders
Schedule required equipment inspections and coordinate with outside technicians when necessary
Complete required safety and maintenance training
Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Up to 6 months of maintenance or related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Comfortable working in an industrial environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying weather conditions
