Production Laborer Job Details
Schedule: Several Shifts available 7am-330p, 3am-3pm, 3pm-3am
Pay Rate: $20.00
Location: Lenexa, MO
Production Labor Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
- Fast-paced beverage manufacturing facility.
- Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures.
- Requires standing for 8–12-hour shifts.
- PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe shoes may be required.

About the Production Labor Role
As a Production Laborer, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate and monitor production line equipment.
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products.
- Inspect bottles, cans, labels, and packaging for quality defects.
- Pack, palletize, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain production speed while meeting quality and safety standards.
- Keep work areas clean and organized by following sanitation procedures.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance as directed.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.
