Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Lot/Crew Helper.
Lot/Crew Helper Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Walton, KY
Overtime: Available as needed

Lot/Crew Helper Requirements/Qualifications
- No fencing experience required (experience is a plus).
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Ability to use power tools safely.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must wear jeans, a t-shirt, and work boots (steel toes not required).
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screen.
- Background check required. No violent offenses. Other felony convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Meet and greet required prior to hire.
About the Lot/Crew Helper Role
As a Lot/Crew Helper, your responsibilities will include:
- Load and unload customer orders and materials.
- Work in the material yard and assist with fence installation projects.
- Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build and wire gates.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Keep the lot clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist crew members with installation and general labor tasks.
- Follow all company safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.
