Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Picking Packing Associate.
Picking Packing Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Mandatory overtime is required during peak season and may include 10-hour shifts and Saturdays. First day orientation begins at 8:00 AM, after which associates will work the remainder of their shift.
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr

Picking Packing Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to understand and use voice-directed picking equipment.
- Strong attendance and reliability required.
- Jeans, T-shirt, and closed-toe shoes required.
- No cell phones permitted on the warehouse floor.
- Drug screen required within 30 days of placement. Background check required. No theft or violent offenses. Felonies are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
About the Picking Packing Associate Role
As a Picking Packing Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Pick and pack educational books accurately using voice-directed picking equipment.
- Prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards.
- Verify products and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Handle textbooks, educational materials, and other printed products safely.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
- Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals in a fast-paced distribution center.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
