Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Packer (Grind Line).
Packer (Grind Line) Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Packer (Grind Line) Requirements/Qualifications
- Must provide a photo for client submission.
- Ability to work in a wet, refrigerated, and freezer environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
- Ability to lift 10–20 lbs. continuously throughout the day.
- Steel-toe boots required.
- Ability to follow customer specifications and work instructions.
- Ability to work wherever needed within the warehouse.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
About the Packer (Grind Line) Role
As a Packer (Grind Line), your responsibilities will include:
- Pack and box beef, pork, lamb, veal, and seafood products.
- Pack products accurately and according to customer specifications.
- Follow company packing specifications and work orders.
- Maintain product appearance and quality standards.
- Work efficiently to meet production requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
