Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Rubber Molding Machine Operator.

Rubber Molding Machine Operator Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM–2:15 AM
Pay Rate: $20.90/hr
Location: Miamisburg, OH

Rubber Molding Machine Operator Requirements/Qualifications
  • Work history required for client approval.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work around hot molds in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • One to two years of machine operating experience preferred.

About the Rubber Molding Machine Operator Role
As a Rubber Molding Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Safely operate multiple rubber molding presses.
  • Support trimming of molded rubber parts.
  • Read and follow work order instructions.
  • Assist fellow machine operators as needed.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on molding equipment.
  • Record daily production metrics.
  • Maintain clean and safe press lines.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
