Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Aerospace Production Associate.

Aerospace Production Associate Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Location: Franklin, OH

Aerospace Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Previous manufacturing experience required.
Experience with light machining and hand tools.
Ability to read and interpret complex, detailed blueprints.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail when working with close tolerances.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and dependable attendance.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to bend, twist, turn, carry, walk, sit, stoop, and kneel as needed.
Must be able to successfully pass required vision screenings.

About the Aerospace Production Associate Role

As an Aerospace Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Perform mechanical work on aerospace components requiring fitting, alignment, light machining, and adjustment.
Work with components that must meet very close tolerances.
Stretch, bend, straighten, shape, pound, or press metal to specification.
Use tools and machines such as hammers, lathes, mills, and surface grinders.
Read and follow complex blueprints and detailed work instructions.
Perform troubleshooting and rework of production items as needed.
Make adjustments to components to meet required specifications.
Complete repetitive tasks, including hammering parts to specification.
Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the production process.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
