Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Manufacturing Associate.
Manufacturing Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location: Franklin, OH
Manufacturing Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret specification manuals, assembly blueprints, and schematics.
- Great hand-eye coordination.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude.
- Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes.
- Reliable attendance required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, twist, turn, carry, walk, stoop, and kneel as required.
- Must be able to successfully complete required vision screenings.
About the Manufacturing Associate Role
As a Manufacturing Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform various manufacturing operations including material handling, reaming and deburring, countersinking, marking, and riveting.
- Read and interpret specification manuals, assembly blueprints, and schematics.
- Plan building and assembly operations according to provided specifications.
- Perform quality control checks to verify proper functioning and conformance to customer specifications.
- Verify finished work meets machine capabilities and quality requirements.
- Handle materials and components throughout the manufacturing process.
- Perform detailed assembly and manufacturing tasks requiring strong hand-eye coordination.
- Follow established manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity while managing multiple tasks.
