Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Technician.
Production Technician Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Location: Lowellville, OH

Production Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to safely use hand and pneumatic tools.
- Basic welding experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow basic product drawings and work instructions.
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment and at heights.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
About the Production Technician Role
As a Production Technician, your responsibilities may include:
- Support daily production operations.
- Mix and prepare materials for production.
- Form, finish, inspect, and package finished products.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Use pneumatic tools and other production equipment.
- Perform basic welding and equipment maintenance tasks as needed.
- Safely move and position materials and finished products.
- Assist with operating cranes and other equipment as assigned.
- Participate in safety and production meetings.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety, quality, and PPE requirements.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
