Refurbishment Technician Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00/hr
Location: Lawrenceburg, IN

Refurbishment Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Previous refurbishment, repair, production, maintenance, or equipment experience preferred.
- Ability to perform light refurbishment and minor equipment repairs.
- Ability to safely operate production shop tools.
- Ability to clean, sand, prep, and paint equipment and components.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to organize and properly store equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with equipment refurbishment.
- Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company standards.
- Ability to learn new skills and work effectively as part of a team.
About the Refurbishment Technician Role
As a Refurbishment Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform light refurbishment and minor repairs on equipment.
- Examine, pressure wash, and clean equipment to company standards.
- Prep, sand, and clean parts before properly storing them for inventory.
- Break down and organize equipment for harvesting reusable parts from beds and stretchers.
- Arrange and store equipment and supplies for inventory purposes.
- Paint equipment and perform basic cosmetic repairs to prepare products for use.
- Safely operate production shop tools and properly store equipment after use.
- Remove parts from equipment for repurposing or replacement.
- Replace upholstery when needed.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist with training new associates and learning new skills to support team efficiency.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
