Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Location: Lawrenceburg, IN

Inventory Specialist Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0–3 years of healthcare logistics, inventory control, or related experience required
- Previous inventory, warehouse, or medical equipment experience preferred
- Ability to accurately record and maintain inventory information
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

As an Inventory Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining accurate inventory records for medical equipment and supplies
- Recording inventory information manually and electronically into inventory management systems
- Performing physical inventories, cycle counts, and stock rotation activities
- Verifying incoming shipments and ensuring equipment is properly documented
- Labeling stock items and maintaining organized storage locations
- Inspecting inventory for damage, wear, or defects and reporting issues to management
- Researching equipment details to ensure accurate system entries
- Following standard operating procedures and quality requirements
- Coordinating daily activities with logistics and production teams
- Storing equipment and supplies in a safe, organized, and accessible manner
- Assisting with shipping activities, supply ordering, employee training, and other operational tasks as needed
- Maintaining a clean and efficient inventory area
