Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate.

Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule: Full-time; overnight travel required 3–4 days per week
Pay Rate: $25.00–$29.00/hr, based on experience
Location: Lawrenceburg, IN

Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications
  • Previous delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel outside the local area and stay overnight 3–4 days per week.
  • Ability to safely perform touch-freight loading and unloading.
  • Ability to load, unload, move, and transport materials.
  • Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, and lift trucks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain communication with logistics, management, and facility teams.
  • Ability to follow DOT requirements and applicable transportation regulations.
  • Strong attention to safety and vehicle maintenance.
  • Ability to complete required delivery and shipping documentation accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

About the Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate Role
As a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
  • Facilitate customer pickups and deliveries using company vehicles.
  • Travel outside the local area and complete overnight stays as required.
  • Perform touch-freight loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
  • Check in equipment, parts, supplies, and incoming materials.
  • Maintain communication with Logistics, Management, and facility associates.
  • Ensure required transportation and delivery documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Perform daily vehicle and trailer inspections, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and equipment condition.
  • Report vehicle or equipment concerns to management.
  • Safely operate company vehicles while following applicable driving and safety regulations.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Move materials between receiving, storage, shipping, and designated holding areas.
  • Assemble customer orders from stock and build pallets for shipment.
  • Secure company vehicles and trailers while traveling.
  • Obtain required signatures and completed bills of lading and delivery documentation.
  • Maintain clean and organized facilities, vehicles, and work areas.
  • Assist with training new associates and learn additional skills as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
