Pay Rate: $70,000–$85,000 per year

Production Supervisor Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or management experience preferred
- Previous production, manufacturing, or shop leadership experience required
- Experience supervising and training production teams preferred
- Experience with equipment repair, refurbishment, mechanical assembly, or similar operations preferred
- Ability to lead and oversee a team of 10–15 production employees
- Strong understanding of quality standards, production processes, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and maintain production records and documentation
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment
About the Production Supervisor Role
As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising a team responsible for the teardown, refurbishment, repair, and rebuild of medical beds and stretchers
- Assigning daily work tasks and coordinating production workflow to meet schedules and output goals
- Overseeing the teardown process, ensuring equipment is properly disassembled, inspected, sorted, and documented
- Managing refurbishment and repair activities including sanding, painting, frame repair, welding repairs, and component replacement
- Overseeing the rebuild process to ensure medical beds and stretchers are correctly reassembled and meet quality requirements
- Conducting in-process and final inspections to verify safety, functionality, and cosmetic standards
- Monitoring production performance, identifying workflow issues, and adjusting staffing or resources as needed
- Training and developing employees on production procedures, equipment operation, and safety requirements
- Maintaining accurate production records including units processed, parts used, and repairs completed
- Coordinating with inventory and maintenance teams to ensure necessary parts and supplies are available
- Enforcing workplace safety standards, PPE requirements, and 5S housekeeping practices
- Providing regular updates to management regarding production output, staffing, quality concerns, and project progress
