Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00/hr
Location: Lawrenceburg, IN

Equipment Refurbishment Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume required.
- Interview required.
- Experience with equipment repair, refurbishment, or related work preferred.
- Ability to safely use production shop tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to perform hands-on physical work.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
About the Equipment Refurbishment Associate Role
As an Equipment Refurbishment Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform light refurbishment and minor repairs on equipment.
- Examine, pressure wash, and clean equipment to established standards.
- Prep, sand, and clean equipment parts.
- Break down and organize equipment for parts recovery.
- Arrange and store equipment and supplies for inventory.
- Perform painting and basic cosmetic repairs.
- Safely operate and maintain production shop tools.
- Remove and replace equipment parts as needed.
- Replace upholstery when necessary.
- Perform quality checks on completed equipment.
- Assist with additional duties and learn new skills as needed.
