Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Manual Lathe Operator.
Manual Lathe Operator Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00–$19.00/hr, depending on experience
Location: Hamilton, OH

Manual Lathe Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Previous experience operating manual lathes preferred.
- Ability to read measuring instruments, including pi tape, tape measure, and micrometers.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and lists from supervisors.
- Ability to communicate in oral and written English.
- Must be dependable and report to work on time each day.
- Ability to work in a standing position.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- 10-panel drug screen required.
- Clean background required with no felonies or misdemeanors.
- Jeans with no holes or rips, T-shirt, and steel-toed boots required.
About the Manual Lathe Operator Role
As a Manual Lathe Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate manual lathe machines according to work instructions.
- Read and use measuring instruments to verify work.
- Measure parts using pi tape, tape measures, and micrometers.
- Follow instructions and production lists provided by the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate work while meeting production requirements.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Complete other assigned production duties as needed.
- Receive training to operate manual lathe machines once hired.
