MIG Welder Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–4:45 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00–$21.00/hr, depending on experience
Location: Franklin, OH

MIG Welder Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Previous welding experience required.
- Experience welding aluminum, steel, and other metals.
- Fabricating experience preferred.
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Clean background required.
- 10-panel drug screen required.
- Steel-toed shoes required.
About the MIG Welder Role
As a MIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform MIG welding on aluminum, steel, and other metals.
- Complete welding tasks according to production requirements.
- Use welding skills to support manufacturing operations.
- Perform fabrication work as needed.
- Follow proper welding and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work safely while handling welding equipment and materials.
- Learn additional welding and fabrication processes as needed.
