Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Ink Technician.
Ink Technician Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. Training will be completed on 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Pay Rate: $24.00–$25.00/hr (based on experience)

Ink Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formulas and work instructions.
- Ability to accurately weigh and mix materials.
- Willingness to learn color matching and color adjustment processes.
- Manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
About the Ink Technician Role
As an Ink Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Weigh and mix ink and solvent materials according to production formulas.
- Follow detailed work instructions to ensure accurate material preparation.
- Learn color matching techniques and identify color variations.
- Assist press operators with ink additions and color adjustments during production.
- Monitor ink quality and consistency throughout the manufacturing process.
- Handle raw materials safely while following company procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records and material documentation.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Work closely with production teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.
- Follow all quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
