Machine Operator I Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Machine Operator I Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to read calipers accurately.
- Ability to read and interpret CMC prints, including dimensions to .000.
- Ability to complete quality forms and daily inspection paperwork.
- Ability to use hand tools such as air guns, wrenches, and drill presses.
- Ability to operate one or more machines as required.
- Ability to understand machine controls, including start, stop, and emergency stop controls.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts and technical instructions.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
About the Machine Operator I Role
As a Machine Operator I, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate CMC machines to manufacture quality parts.
- Read calipers and verify part dimensions.
- Read and interpret CMC prints and technical specifications.
- Operate machine controls according to established procedures.
- Use hand tools and production equipment as required.
- Complete quality forms and daily inspection documentation.
- Monitor parts throughout production to maintain quality standards.
- Follow current safety, ISO, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
- Identify production issues and communicate concerns to leadership.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet production requirements while maintaining attention to detail.
- Perform additional machine operation duties as assigned.
