CNC Machinist Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-Hour Shift (1st or 2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.00/hour

CNC Machinist Requirements/Qualifications
- 7-15 years of experience operating manual and CNC lathes and mills required
- Experience machining parts, molds, and tooling from engineering drawings
- Experience with MIG welding steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Ability to read engineering drawings and build parts to print
- Ability to read measuring instruments, including pi tapes, tape measures, and micrometers
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Coaching or mentoring experience preferred
- Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
About the CNC Machinist Role
As a CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate manual and CNC lathes to manufacture precision parts
- Operate manual and CNC mills to machine molds and tooling
- Manufacture parts from detailed engineering drawings
- Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel as needed
- Read and use precision measuring instruments to verify product quality
- Support maintenance and repair of lathes by manufacturing replacement parts
- Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend manufacturing improvements
- Ensure all parts meet print specifications and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturability
- Perform additional machining and fabrication duties as assigned
