Production & Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Location: West Chester, OH

Production & Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Ability to follow production orders and batch sheets.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to safely operate production and material-handling equipment.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
About the Production & Warehouse Associate Role
As a Production & Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Review production orders and follow batch sheets to prepare products according to specifications.
- Measure, mix, filter, and package materials while maintaining quality standards.
- Label finished products accurately.
- Operate and maintain mixers, scales, dispensers, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Receive, unload, store, and organize incoming materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Verify packing lists and maintain inventory records using warehouse systems.
- Load, unload, transport, and stage materials throughout production and warehouse areas.
- Support daily production and shipping operations.
- Perform housekeeping and waste disposal duties.
- Assist with spill and emergency response procedures.
- Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
