Production Operator Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous forklift experience required
- Strong computer skills required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 55 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- 1+ years of production/manufacturing experience preferred
- Batch manufacturing experience preferred
- SAP experience preferred
About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Review and follow batch tickets accurately
- Gather, weigh, and mix ingredients according to specifications
- Package finished products into designated containers
- Collect product samples for quality testing
- Perform preliminary quality checks
- Maintain ingredient traceability and inventory records
- Operate a forklift to move materials and products
- Label containers and stock materials properly
- Clean equipment and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with SAP inventory lookups and cycle counts
- Follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures
- Report safety concerns and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
