Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembler.
Assembler Job Details
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr during 1st-shift training + $1.50/hr shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
Location: Franklin, OH

Assembler Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
- Good attendance required.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Jeans, T-shirt, and steel-toed shoes required.
About the Assembler Role
As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
- Assemble hubs and hub/drum components according to production specifications.
- Load and position hubs onto the production conveyor as needed.
- Push and pull hubs on a mechanically assisted conveyor.
- Lift and position hubs weighing approximately 38–48 lbs. using the provided load-assist equipment.
- Retrieve and install bolts and bearing cups during hub assembly.
- Operate pneumatic tools to attach nuts during hub/drum assembly.
- Operate load-assist equipment to position brake drum components.
- Move completed assemblies through the production conveyor system.
- Use a pneumatic jib crane to move completed assemblies onto skids for shipment.
- Operate a forklift to retrieve parts as needed.
- Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures.
