Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Fabrication Associate in Franklin.
Fabrication Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–4:45 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00/hr (based on experience)

Fabrication Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Clean background check required.
- 10-panel drug screen required.
- Forklift experience is required.
- Experience with drill press, saws, or grinders preferred.
- Welding experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Steel-toe shoes required.
About the Fabrication Associate Role
As a Fabrication Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate drill presses, saws, and grinders to fabricate metal components.
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
- Read and follow work instructions to complete production tasks accurately.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist with material preparation and equipment setup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support production goals while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
