Lab Technician Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00–$27.00/hr (DOE)

Lab Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Resume and interview required.
- Previous lab bench experience required.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to follow SOPs and detailed instructions.
- Ability to write basic reports using Microsoft Word or Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work safely and maintain a clean work environment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
About the Lab Technician Role
As a Lab Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform laboratory experiments and product evaluations according to established SOPs and training.
- Operate laboratory equipment used for testing and evaluations.
- Document experiments, observations, and test results accurately.
- Perform basic calculations and data analysis.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Word or Excel.
- Interpret and communicate test results to supervisors.
- Perform minor maintenance on laboratory equipment as needed.
- Follow Quality Management System procedures and maintain ISO standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
- Support SOP and safety training as needed.
- Perform additional laboratory duties as assigned.
