Stand-Up Forklift Operator
Horse Cave, KY
Pay: $18.00/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Stand-Up Forklift Operator Requirements

  • Previous stand-up forklift or reach-truck experience required
  • Valid OSHA-compliant stand-up forklift certification required
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred
  • Ability to operate equipment safely in narrow aisles and tight spaces
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate stand-up forklifts or reach trucks to move materials throughout the facility.
  • Load and unload products from trucks, docks, and storage areas.
  • Store and retrieve materials from high-racking warehouse locations.
  • Use RF scanners to track inventory and update warehouse records.
  • Stage pallets and prepare products for outbound shipment.
  • Complete daily equipment inspections.
  • Report maintenance issues, product damage, and safety concerns.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
