Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a General Labor / Yard Labor.
General Labor / Yard Labor Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Hilliard, OH

General Labor / Yard Labor Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a warehouse environment.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help where needed.
- Ability to take direction and remain productive throughout the workday.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Light welding experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
About the General Labor / Yard Labor Role
As a General Labor / Yard Laborer, your responsibilities will include:
- Move and organize fencing materials and supplies.
- Perform general yard and warehouse labor duties.
- Load, unload, and stage materials for crews.
- Operate a forklift when needed.
- Assist with light welding tasks if experienced.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work both outdoors and inside the warehouse as needed.
- Assist with general shop and yard duties.
- Support daily operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
