Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Store Installation Coordinator.
Store Installation Coordinator Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Location: Columbus, OH
Store Installation Coordinator Requirements/Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in installation operations, project management, or field service management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with installation tools, materials, scheduling software, and jobsite logistics.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to coordinate installation schedules, field crews, materials, and utility services.
- Associate's degree in Construction Management, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
- Previous experience in the fencing industry preferred.
About the Store Installation Coordinator Role
As a Store Installation Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams to support timely project completion.
- Coordinate with utility companies to arrange necessary services for jobsites.
- Manage incoming service calls, document relevant information, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Schedule and assign installation crews based on project requirements and timelines.
- Assist the Installation Manager with scheduling installations according to job readiness, crew availability, and material delivery.
- Maintain accurate project records and organize job documentation.
- Track installation schedules and update them daily to reflect project changes.
- Perform administrative duties, including filing documents, updating schedules, and preparing status reports.
- Monitor installation budgets, labor hours, and material usage.
- Track project progress, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate solutions.
- Ensure projects are completed according to contract requirements and specifications.
- Support compliance with state and federal regulations, OSHA requirements, and company safety protocols.
- Serve as a backup to the Administrative Permit Coordinator.
- Collaborate with the General Manager, Installation Manager, Administrative Permit Coordinator, and field crews.
