Job Details
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Overtime is likely available on Saturdays during peak season
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
About the Role
As part of the production team, your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling components and materials according to specifications
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility
- Following production schedules and meeting daily output goals
- Reading and interpreting work instructions and production documents
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Reporting quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors
- Assisting with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
- Supporting team members and other departments as needed
