Production Support Senior Specialist (Filler) Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: May be required based on production needs
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Production Support Senior Specialist (Filler) Requirements/Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous machine operating experience required
• Prior warehouse experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Ability to accurately complete documentation and production records
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds as needed
About the Production Support Senior Specialist (Filler) Role
As a Production Support Senior Specialist (Filler), your responsibilities will include:
• Reading and interpreting batch tickets and customer specifications
• Preparing, filling, weighing, and packaging cartridges and containers
• Operating production equipment and monitoring product quality
• Completing required production and quality documentation
• Inspecting finished products to ensure customer specifications are met
• Following GMP, safety, and operational procedures at all times
• Meeting daily production goals and performance expectations
• Assisting with additional production and warehouse duties as assigned
