CNC Machinist Job Details
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM (Training on 1st Shift for approximately 3 weeks)
Pay Rate: $26.00-$32.00/hour (Based on experience)
Location: Springboro, OH
CNC Machinist Requirements/Qualifications
- Must have the majority of the required CNC machining experience
- Previous experience operating CNC machines required
- Ability to use hand tools, micrometers, and calipers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of machining tolerances and precision measurements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Must be available to work all shifts if needed
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Resume and interview required
- Clean background required (No exceptions)
- 10-panel drug screen required
About the CNC Machinist Role
As a CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will include:
- Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Measure finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools
- Maintain required tolerances and quality standards
- Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot machining issues
- Use hand tools to complete production tasks
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Follow all quality and safety procedures
- Assist with additional machining duties as assigned
