Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (hours may vary based on job sites)
Pay Rate: $20.00–$30.00/hour (based on experience)

Service Technician – Roofing Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of roofing or construction experience required
- Ability to work at heights and on high-pitched roofs
- Comfortable working in various outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must pass a drug screen
- Experience with metal roofing systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
About the Service Technician – Roofing Role
As a Service Technician – Roofing, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform roofing repairs, maintenance, and service work on residential and commercial properties
- Inspect roofs to identify leaks, damage, and necessary repairs
- Work with a variety of roofing systems, including shingles, metal, and flat roofs
- Safely use ladders, lifts, and fall protection equipment
- Operate hand and power tools to complete repairs efficiently
- Document completed work and communicate findings with supervisors and customers
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, trucks, and equipment
- Assist with material loading, unloading, and general labor as needed
