Metal Painter Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Location: Franklin, OH

Metal Painter Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Ability to read and interpret specification manuals, assembly blueprints, and schematics.
Great hand-eye coordination.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude.
Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes.
Reliable attendance required.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
Ability to bend, twist, turn, carry, walk, stoop, and kneel as required.
Must be able to successfully complete required vision screenings.

About the Metal Painter Role

As a Metal Painter, your responsibilities will include:

Paint aerospace brackets with primer and paint according to company specifications and customer expectations.
Maintain company quality and productivity standards throughout the painting process.
Use RTV adhesive to attach rubber blankets to aerospace brackets.
Apply rubber blankets to designated areas to help reduce wear on critical hardware.
Read and interpret specification manuals, assembly blueprints, and schematics.
Plan building and assembly operations according to provided specifications.
Perform quality control checks to verify conformance to customer specifications.
Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
Perform detailed manufacturing tasks requiring strong hand-eye coordination.
Follow established manufacturing, quality, and production procedures.
