Production Line Worker Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (possible overtime on Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Production Line Worker Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to read and write in English required (cGMP test required before starting)
- Basic communication and writing skills in English required
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in elevated work areas
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
- Background check required (no sexual offenses, terrorism, or espionage; any violent background will be reviewed)
About the Production Line Worker Role
As a Production Line Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform assigned production tasks safely and efficiently
- Follow cGMP, safety, and quality standards at all times
- Report to your assigned production station on time each day
- Follow written work instructions and production procedures
- Communicate with the Line Captain regarding production needs
- Maintain high-quality production in a fast-paced environment
- Work with minimal supervision while meeting productivity goals
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Wear required PPE based on department assignment
- Support additional production duties as assigned
