Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

CNC Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to read and follow technical specifications and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
About the CNC Operator Role
As a CNC Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts
- Set up and run production equipment according to specifications
- Track production numbers and complete required paperwork
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Assist with routine CNC machine maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Use basic measurements to ensure product accuracy
- Perform additional duties as assigned
